How to Make a Hotel List for Out of Town Guests

You can insert a list of hotels in your graduation party invitations to make it easier for your out of town guests to attend your party. 
 
You can print the list on card stock or paper. You can also insert a map of how to get to the party by using mapquest.com or maps.google.com and copying the map on the back side of the hotel list.
  • Try to give at least 3 or 4 different hotel options with different price ranges. If you have a lot of out of town guests attending, you may want to call some hotels to see if they will give you a group discount for the graduation party.
  • You can make 2 columns for the hotel list, make copies and then cut them in half to insert in the graduation party invitations.  You only need to insert the hotel list for the out of town guests.
